Eddie Benavidez has numerous years of real estate experience. He began his real estate adventure in Tucson Arizona where he successfully opened Power Property Inc., a flourishing real estate and property management company that is still going full force today. While in Tucson Eddie began a Charity Golf Tournament called the “Chad’s Open for Autism”. Chad’s Open donates all the proceeds to the Autism Society of Pima County. Eddie started the Golf Tournament for his son Chad who was diagnosed with autism at age 2 and is now 20! The 14th annual tournament was held this year in Tucson and raised over $20,000, it truly something to be proud of.
Eddie had always felt like he belonged in Mexico which he now refers to as “my country”, yet didn’t realize how strong the calling was until he revisited Rocky Point in 2004 when planning his daughters wedding. It was then he had decided he had been away from home long enough. He has now been successfully helping people realize and accomplish their dreams of owning and living in Mexico for 2 years. He is not only the Branch Manager of Long Realty, Kino Bay but also of Long Realty’s project manager of Kino Bay Estates in Kino Bay. When he is not in Kino Bay you can find him in Rocky Point as there he calls home. Eddie uses his love of the country, language and people to help others achieve their real estate goals and needs.
