Rick is a retired middle school teacher and principal from Tucson and a frequent Rocky Point visitor for over 20 years. His real estate experience began in 1978 as a sales agent for Tucson Realty and Trust. Five years later he opened his own real estate and development company specializing in small residential and commercial in-fill projects.
He is a full-time Rocky Point resident living on the beach in a home he just completed in Playa Miramar. He and his wife Holly, have been married for 30 years and have two children, Eric, currently working in Tucson, and Michelle, a student at the University of Hawaii in Hilo.
