Brad has played an active role in the Real Estate development of "Rocky Point". He was a founding member of the local "Puerto Penasco Association of Real Estate Agents" and continues to support its progressive expansion taking place.
His additional affiliations include AMPI "Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios", NAR "National Association of Realtors" and active member in the "Arizona-Mexico Commission". With his continued Mexico Real Estate education classes including ethics and legal immigration status give him the right to be registered with the State of Sonora as a Real Estate Professional # 57. He has been involved with the people and culture of this great community since 1986 and a permanent resident for 7 years.
Before residence in "Rocky Point" he had numerous years of development, marketing and sales experience with a home builder in Phoenix & Tucson with his combined experience and creative vision help mold Estes Homes and New Home Sales Centers into leaders within the industry. Brad's reputation of providing detailed personal service to clients has a history of maintaining excellent ongoing relationships resulting in numerous referrals.
