Karen and Jim are brought to us via Idaho..
As Karen stated, as the bones get older and the winters get colder they started seeking warmer areas. They began vacationing in Puerto Penasco "Rocky Point" to get out of the cold and snow.
They liked it so much that they decided to purchase a home and move there and become residents, now that was 3 years ago.
Karen has worked in sales on two successful beach front projects at Puerto Penasco "Rocky Point". She and her husband Jim vacationed in Kino Bay and fell in love with the town and its people. She contacted the Long Realty office in Puerto Penasco for more information about the Kino Bay Long office. The Long Realty Broker was impressed with Karen and hired her as a sales associate for the Kino Bay office.
